of 5— Create a new Claude Project
What you'll accomplish
By the end of this guide, you'll have a Claude Project loaded with your company's historical bid summaries and job cost data — so when a new bid lands, you can ask "what did we price drywall per SF on similar office projects?" and get an answer in 30 seconds instead of hunting through old Excel files for an hour.
What you'll need
- {{tool:Claude.plan}} subscription ({{tool:Claude.price}}) — Sign up
- Historical bid summaries, job cost reports, or closeout data from past projects (text or PDF)
- Time needed: 45 minutes to set up; 5 minutes per query afterward
- Cost: {{tool:Claude.price}}/month
